Snapped : Nigerian Striker Helps Chelsea U23s Secure 2-0 Win Against Charlton Athletic In Friendly
Nigeria-eligible striker Bryan Fiabema was on show for Chelsea U23s as they secured a 2-0 win against Charlton Athletic in a friendly on Saturday, August 22 as they continued their preparations for the upcoming season, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.

The 17-year-old was pictured by the official website of Chelsea as he looked to get away from his marker during the behind-closed-doors friendly at Cobham.

Andy Myers' men won the game against their London rivals thanks to goals from  Thierno Ballo and George Nunn.

Fiabema has been training with Chelsea development squad since the turn of the month ahead of their first competitive game of the 2020-2021 season - an EFL Trophy clash against Oxford United on September 7th.

Signed from Tromso in February, the highly-rated teenager debuted for Chelsea in the U18 Premier League and Premier League 2 before the academy season was curtailed, and was a non-playing substitute in the win against Millwall in the sixth round of the FA Youth Cup.

Fiabema is in the frame to make his debut in the UEFA Youth League in the coming season .
