Akokana Vow To Drag Moses Simon To FIFA; Provide Photographic Evidence Winger Played For Club
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Nigerien club Akokana FC have vowed to drag Nantes winger Moses Simon to football's world governing body FIFA over the non-payment of training compensation and solidarity payments.

Akokana did not benefit from the transfers of the Super Eagles star to AS Trencin, KAA Gent, Levante and Nantes.

Simon was on the books of the Nigerien club from 2011 to 2013 before returning to Nigeria to join Moderate Stars Academy, from where he transferred to Golden Boot Soccer Academy.

Akokana have provided photographic evidence (see photo above) proving beyond reasonable doubt that Simon previously played for the club and believe they have a watertight case when it is taken to FIFA.

Akokana have argued that Simon, who claims to be 25 years old now,  falsified documents prior to his transfer to Europe as he wasn't 16 when he joined the club nine years ago.

To buttress their point that Simon changed his identity after leaving Republic of Niger, Akokana have insisted that his transfer to the club would not have been possible, with FIFA rules prohibiting international transfers before the age of eighteen.

Former manager of Niger national team Frederic Acosta coached Simon for a year at Akokana before he was appointed coach of the Menas.

Simon was not available for comment as of the time of filing this report.
