Photo confirmation : Talented goalkeeper signs new deal with Manchester United

Promising goalkeeper Dermot Mee has taken to social media to announce that he has signed a new contract with Premier League giants Manchester United.

A Northern Ireland youth-teamer though born in Birmingham in England, he spent a portion of the second half of the 2020-2021 campaign on loan at Fulham.

Since his debut for Manchester United U18s, Mee has totaled ten appearances for the age group, posting six clean sheets while conceding nine goals.

"Delighted to have signed another contract @manchesterunited. Very grateful for everyone who has helped me up to this stage. The hard work continues," Mee posted on Instagram.

The 18-year-old was on scholarship terms at United before he was offered a new contract.

A product of the Walsall academy, Mee has been on the books of Manchester United since the age of twelve.
