Official : Chelsea confirm outward transfers of two players

English Premier League side Chelsea through their official website confirmed the outward transfers of two promising youngsters on Friday, June 25.
Academy central defender Levi Colwill has completed a season-long loan move to Championship outfit Huddersfield Town.
The England youth international signed a new four-year deal with The Blues before heading out on loan to The Terriers.
Last season, Colwill was the third highest appearance maker for Chelsea's development team with 21 games under his belt.
Chelsea academy products Kasey Palmer, Izzy Brown and Trevoh Chalobah previously enjoyed loan spells at Huddersfield Town.
The second Chelsea youngster farmed out on loan is goalkeeper Nathan Baxter who will wear the colours of Championship newcomers Hull City for the whole of next season.
The 22-year-old previously spent time on loan at Metropolitan Police, Solihull Moors, Woking, Yeovil Town, Ross County and Accrington Stanley .
Baxter has accumulated over 150 appearances for his loan clubs over the past five years.
