Arsenal U18s have started preparations for the new season ahead of their first pre-season friendly against Chelmsford City at the EMG Inspire Stadium on Saturday, July 3rd.
According to the training images published by Arsenal Academy via Instagram, two Nigeria-eligible teenagers were spotted during the workout.
They are Henry Timi Davis who is a winger and tall central defender Zach Awe who signed his first professional contract in February 2021.
Davis was pictured wearing the number 92 kit in today's training session held at London Colney.
Any moment now, the Gunners will announce their new intake of academy scholars for 2021-2022 and the former Manchester City schoolboy is part of the group.
Davis has informed allnigeriasoccer.com that he models his game after PSG's Brazil super star Neymar, England winger Raheem Sterling and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho.
The promising teenager will be a scholar for less than a year before signing his first professional contract which will tie him to Arsenal for at least three seasons.
