Arsenal products Beckham, Ebiowei, Olayinka, Olowu send messages to Azeez after stunning goal

Arsenal academy products Romeo Beckham, Malcolm Ebiowei, Joseph Olowu, James Olayinka and Nathan Butler-Oyedeji have sent messages of congratulations to Anglo-Spanish-Nigerian midfielder Miguel Azeez after his stunning strike for Arsenal in a 4-1 rout of Watford in a pre-season friendly at London Colney on Wednesday afternoon.
Manager Mikel Arteta promoted the England youth international to first team training after recovering from an undisclosed ailment and was given his first minutes in pre-season against the Hornets, coming off the bench to replace Lokonga with 26 minutes left on the clock.
In the behind-closed-doors friendly, the Gunners were 3-1 up thanks to efforts from Eddie Nketiah, Alex Lacazette and Kieran Tierney, before Azeez netted the pick of the goals at minute 86.
The 18-year-old collected the ball on the edge of the box, shifted it onto his left foot before finding the top corner.
Reacting after the game, Azeez posted on Instagram : "Minutes in the legs and a goal today!"
Responding to Azeez's post, Beckham, Ebiowei, Olowu,, Olayinka and Butler-Oyedeji expressed their delight at the midfielder's goalscoring contribution.
