Red-hot Arsenal loanee Balogun scores third goal in four games for Middlesbrough
Arsenal loanee Folarin Balogun continued his rich vein of form for club and country by getting on the scoresheet for Middlesbrough in their 4-0 rout of Peterborough United at Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday.

The England U21 international of Nigerian descent notched three of the seven goals scored by the Young Lions during the last international break of the season.

Three minutes into the second half, Balogun steered home a cross from the right to double Boro's advantage.

It was his third goal in four matches in the Championship, having netted against Sheffield United and Birmingham City in March.

Middlesbrough's other scorers were Marcus Tavernier, Josh Coburn and Duncan Watmore, to help Chris Wilder's side register their biggest win of the season so far.

In his last six matches for club and country, only Millwall goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski managed to prevent Balogun from getting his name on the scoresheet.

The Hale End Academy graduate joined Boro on loan until the end of the season in search of regular game time and has now made sixteen appearances in all competitions for the Teessiders.
