Three-time World Cupper joins Super Falcons camp ahead of second friendly against Canada
Three-time World Cupper Francisca Ordega is the latest player to link up with the national team in Canada ahead of their second friendly against the Olympic champions.

The CSKA Moscow striker was named on the roster for both friendlies but didn't show up in camp until today.

With the arrival of Oredga, the Nigeria Football Federation confirmed on Sunday morning that there are now eighteen players in camp.

Ordega is one of the senior players in camp having played for the Super Falcons in three consecutive World Cups 2011, 2015 and 2019, and has also represented the national team at U17 and U20 levels.

The 28-year-old played the last eight minutes of the Super Falcons 1-0 win over Canada in the 2011 Women's World Cup, the last time the two countries met in a competitive game.

African champions Nigeria will take on Canada in the second of their two-match series at the Starlight Stadium, starting from 1930 hours local time on Monday, April 11.

The Super Falcons were beaten 2-0 in the first friendly at BC Place in Vancouver on Saturday morning (Nigerian time).
