Leicester planning to sign Super Eagles winger on a permanent basis

Leicester City are reportedly planning to sign Nigeria international Ademola Lookman on a permanent basis.
The 2017 FIFA U20 World Cup winner has entered the final two months of his contract with the Foxes, whom he joined on loan from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window.
Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur has informed that Leicester City plan to make Ademola Lookman's transfer permanent.
The winger has impressed since landing at the King Power Stadium with a goal involvement of 12 (7 goals, 5 assists) - career best in a single-season for the 24-year-old.
And on the international scene, he made his senior debut for the Super Eagles off the bench against Ghana in the 2022 World Cup playoff in Kumasi last month.
Lookman had been surplus to requirements at parent club RB Leipzig in the last two seasons, having been farmed out on loan to Fulham and Leicester City.
He is contracted to the German Bundesliga club until thee end of the 2023-2024 campaign.
