Published: May 20, 2022
League Two club Hartlepool United have announced their retained and released list following the conclusion of the 2021-2022 campaign and decisions have been made on the future of two former Arsenal schoolboys of Nigerian descent.
Hartlepool United have made an offer of re-engagement to Timi Odusina, or in other words he has been offered a new contract.
The central defender was a key player for Pools in 2021-2022, making 43 appearances in all competitions including 40 starts.
Odusina has been on the books of Hartlepool United since 2020, joining the club from Norwich City.
Hartlepool United have confirmed that Olufela Olomola will not be offered a new contract when his current agreement expires on June 30, 2022.
The 24-year-old made seventeen league and cup appearances following his arrival from Scunthorpe United in 2020.
Fela returned to Yeovil Town for a third loan spell in the second half of the 2021-2022 season.
