Chukwuemeka was brought on for Ruben Lotus Cheek in the 79th minute, having seven touches and making three accurate passes.
This is the third time Chukwuemeka would be coming off the bench for Chelsea.

The possession would go on to be useless in the 87th minute after Jorginho gave Chelsea the lead from the penalty spot.
In the dying minutes of the encounter, Casemiro scored with a looping header to ensure the points were shared.
Chukwuemeka has amassed a total of 43 minutes from the three games he has played in the English topflight this season.
