Here we go: Fabrizio Romano confirms Moses Simon's transfer to Paris FC is in the bag
Published: June 24, 2025
Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has completed his medical ahead of a summer transfer to newly promoted Ligue 1 side, Paris FC, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Simon enjoyed an impressive season with FC Nantes, netting eight goals and providing ten assists in 32 league appearances, playing a crucial role in helping the club avoid relegation.
His performances attracted interest from several European clubs, with Premier League side Everton reportedly keen to bring him to England as part of David Moyes' rebuilding plans.
However, despite the Premier League links, Simon is now on the verge of joining Paris FC in a deal worth around €7 million.
The move is seen as a major reinforcement for the ambitious Paris-based side, who are looking to solidify their squad ahead of their return to Ligue 1.
Simon, who joined Nantes in 2019, will aim to live up to expectations following the high-profile move, having built a reputation as one of Nigeria's most consistent performers in European football.
Ahead of the upcoming campaign, the Nigerian international will now look forward to continuing his fine form and helping Paris FC compete strongly in the French top flight.
