Juventus are on the brink of signing Italian-born Nigerian striker Alvin Okoro, who arrived in Turin on Monday to undergo a medical at the club’s J. Medical Centre, according to Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio
The 20-year-old, eligible for both Nigeria and Italy at international level, joined Venezia in 2024 before spending last season on loan at Serie C side Vis Pesaro.
He registered 20 goals in 61 matches for Venezia's U19 squad and tallied six goals in 36 matches for the first team of Vis Pesaro.
At U17 level, he scored 13 goals in 25 appearances for Pordenone.
Marzio has confirmed that an official announcement of Okoro's transfer to the the Bianconeri is expected once the final formalities are completed.
The switch to Juventus represents a major step for Okoro, who is set to start with the club’s Next Generation squad in Serie C, Group C.
The forward will be eager to adapt quickly and stake a claim for a future role in the first team.
