FEMI AJILORE Disappointed Over Brondby Treatment
Published: May 22, 2012
Former FC Ebedei starlet Oluwafemi Ajilore is unhappy over his treatment by Brondby, informs Danish football website bold.dk citing media sources in the Scandinavian country.
The Danish side had announced on Monday that it was not interested in the option of buying the Nigerian midfielder outright from his current employer, Groningen.
''You can call it a joint decision. Brondby had to pay a sum to Groningen to buy my freedom, and Ole Bjur (Sports Director, ed) felt there was money to do that. But I had not had an interest to continue.
''I came to play, and I have not done the past few months. I am disappointed and I do not think it has been quite fair. Therefore I have no desire to continue in Brøndby,'' Ajilore told BT.
After his summer vacation, Ajilore must return to FC Groningen, and wait for further directives from the Dutch club.
