Ex - Warri Wolves Striker Samson Kpenosen Extends Dong Thap Contract
Published: January 12, 2016
Former Warri Wolves frontman Samson Kpenosen has ended speculation about his future by extending his contract with two - time Vietnamese champions Äá»ng Tháp FC.
If the 23 - year - old had not extended his stay, he would have walked away from the Cao Lãnh Stadium as a free agent in the January transfer window as he ran out of contract with his employer at the end of last season.
“I have signed a one - year contract extension with my former club, Äá»ng Tháp. My new deal will expire in September 2016, ” said Samson Kpenosen to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I prefer where I will get my wages as at when due even if little than huge wages but settling in court and Fifa.
“My target this coming season is to be the top scorer and move to a bigger league elsewhere.”
This website can exclusively inform that QNK Quảng Nam and Äá»ng Tâm Long An were ready to swoop for Samson Kpenosen if he had not committed his future to Äá»ng Tháp.
The Akwa United product notched 12 goals from 25 games during the 2015 season.
