Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the second batch of Nigeria U23s players have just landed in the United States where the national team will hold a training camp ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games.
But just like the first batch who touched down on American soil on Wednesday morning, they will only have few hours to rest before hopping on a plane bound for Mexico later today.
Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi (Liverpool), Ndifreke Effiong (Abia Warriors), Emmanuel Daniel (Enugu Rangers), Daniel Akpeyi (Chippa United), Yusuf Mohammed (Pillars) and Junior Ajayi (CS Sfaxien) were among the second batch of players that traveled on Wednesday night from Abuja.
Coach Samson Siasia will certainly be in the dugout in the friendly against Mexico U23s on Saturday as he traveled with the team last night.
