In-Form Valletta Striker Umeh Targeting Move To Bigger Club
Published: February 28, 2017
Uchenna Calistus Umeh is happy with his recent form for Valletta in the Maltese Premier League.
The 25-year-old has netted in each of his last two games in the top-flight and helped the defending champions pick up six more points in the process.
“The secret is that I work harder after every game because a player is as good as his last game, ” said Umeh to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Of course I have ambition to play in a bigger club but for now my focus is to help my club to defend our league title.”
Umeh represented FK Ekranas Panevezys (Lithuania ) for four seasons before transferring to Valletta in the summer of 2015.
