Exclusive: Paris Saint-Germain Hoping To Snatch Iheanacho From Under West Ham's Noses

French moneybags Paris Saint-Germain are making a late swoop to secure the signature of the talented Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho, allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report.

West Ham have emerged as the frontrunner to secure the services of the Manchester City wonderkid but face serious competition from PSG, and don't have the financial muscle to compete with the Ligue 1 powerhouse if it goes into a bidding war.

PSG are monitoring the situation of Iheanacho as they consider him one of the most exciting youngsters in Europe, and certainly believe that he has to leave Manchester City to further his career after falling out of favour with manager Pep Guardiola.

Les Parisiens are confident of sealing a deal for the Super Eagles star because they believe West Ham is not a high caliber club like PSG, but are aware that the decision to come to France or stay with a smaller club in England lies with the striker.

Iheanacho, 20, has also been linked with possible moves to Borussia Dortmund, TSG Hoffenheim and Leicester City.

He departed the Super Eagles training camp in Paris on Saturday, but is expected to rejoin the squad ahead of Thursday's international friendly with Togo.
