Super Eagles Star Oghenekaro Etebo Reacts To Olympique Lyonnais Link
Published: May 31, 2017
A representative of Oghenekaro Etebo has reacted to reports at home and abroad linking the Nigeria international with a possible move to Olympique Lyonnais in the near future.
The CD Feirense star has been scouted by Lyon in Portuguese league games, and the Ligue 1 club will continue to observe the attacking midfielder when the Super Eagles face Togo in an international friendly in Paris on Thursday, June 1.
''The player has not received a concrete offer at the moment ," Etebo's rep told olympique-et-lyonnais.com.
''He is happy in Feirense and has one year left. He will think about his future if the club does not extend his contract. ''
Etebo, 21, was one of the revelations at the 2016 Olympic Games, and etched his name into Nigerian folklore when he scored four goals against Japan in a group match.
