One-cap Nigeria international Stephen Odey scored his 16th goal of the season in Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries FC's 2-1 win over Sunshine Stars in the latest round of matches played in the Nigeria Professional Football League on Wednesday.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm that representatives of Swedish Allsvenskan side Djurgårdens IF witnessed the meeting at the Agege Township Stadium.
Their mission at the stadium was to monitor at close quarters two of the top talents in the NPFL Stephen Odey and Sikiru Olatunbosun.
It is understood that the Swedish club plan to offer the two players contracts without inviting them for trials, hence their trip to Nigeria.
Odey, who has been linked with Scottish champions Celtic, doubled MFM FC's lead from the spot in the 77th minute.
