Manchester City's Adarabioyo Linked With Loan Move To Spanish La Liga Club
Published: July 05, 2017
England youth international of Nigerian descent Tosin Adarabioyo may be joining newly-promoted La Liga side Girona for the forthcoming campaign, according to reports.
Spanish sports daily AS claims that Girona plan to bring in seven players on loan from Manchester City in the summer transfer window, and Adarabioyo has been mentioned as one of their targets.
Manchester City have an excellent working relationship with the Albirrojos, with ex-Flying Eagles star Chidiebere Nwakali spending a portion of the 2015-2016 on loan at the Spanish club.
Though Adarabioyo recently penned a long-term contract with City, manager Pep Guardiola does not think he's ready to step up to the first team, and will sanction a loan move to enable the defender play on a regular basis.
The 19-year-old Adarabioyo has recorded four first team appearances for Man City since his debut last year.
