ADO Den Haag Confirm Tyronne Ebuehi Is Ill Pre-Willem II
Published: February 16, 2018
ADO Den Haag are sweating on the fitness of Tyronne Ebuehi ahead of this weekend's Eredivisie clash vs Willem II.
The Nigeria international had been rated doubtful to feature against Groningen on February 11 after a bout of flu and aches, but passed a fitness test ahead of the game.
ADO Den Haag have officially informed that Ebuehi has not fully recovered from the illness and is questionable for Saturday.
"They (Wilfried Kanon, Tyronne Ebuehi, Erik Falkenburg and Sheraldo Becker) all have small aches and we have to wait and see if we can call on them,'' Head coach Fons Groenendijk told ADO's official website.
Tyronne Ebuehi has started the last nine matches contested by ADO Den Haag in the Dutch top-flight.
The 22-year-old remains eligible to represent the senior national team of the Netherlands until he plays competitively for the Super Eagles.
His two caps were earned in friendly matches against Togo and Argentina.
