Terry G Tips Moses's Chelsea To Edge Battle Against Man United; Won't Force Son At Chelsea To Choose Nigeria
Published: October 19, 2018
Ahead of the grudge Premier League match between Chelsea and Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, Nigerian music sensation, Gabriel Oche Amanyi known with the stage name 'Terry G' believes hosts Chelsea parading Nigeria's Victor Moses will claim all three points.
Jose Mourinho's United have not won at Stamford Bridge since 2012 and Terry G opines that the dismal form of the Red Devils will continue when they come up against the Blues which Mourinho managed in two different stints.
"Saturday's game will not be an easy one for both teams but I feel Chelsea have a slight advantage because they have the momentum. United have been blowing hot and cold," the Akpako Master exclusively told allnigeriasoccer.com on Friday.
"I have watched a few games this season and Chelsea who were not reckoned by many as title contenders have been impressive so far. I will go for a 3-2 win for Chelsea. I just hope Victor Moses plays some minutes in such a big match.
Terry G also revealed that he has a son who is in the Chelsea Academy but was evasive when asked the issue of his son's international allegiance in future.
"My family is Blue, my son Rex, plays for the Chelsea Academy presently. He is five years old and is a striker. The structure is good there so I know he will grow to be a very good player.
"Talking about his international allegiance, that is his decision to make but I hope he represents Nigeria because his father is a proud Nigerian," the singer, song writer and producer stated.
The Chelsea versus Manchester United game kicks off 12.30pm Nigerian time.
Maurizio Sarri is seeking to become the first Chelsea manager to remain unbeaten in his first nine Premier League games.
