Amaechi trained with the first team in the days leading up to the match and was named in the 24-man provisional squad that traveled to Baku, Azerbaijan.

The exciting winger is attracting interest from Bundesliga and La Liga clubs, with Bayern Munich in pole position for his signature if he quits the Emirates.
