Published: June 11, 2020
Through a statement on their official website, English League Two club Crewe Alexandra have announced their retained and released list.
As exclusively reported by allnigeriasoccer.com six days ago, Norwegian-Nigerian striker Chuma Anene has returned to his parent club FC Midtjylland following the expiration of his loan deal on May 31st.
Promising left-back Rio Adebisi, 19, has been offered a new contract following his senior breakthrough this season.
The defender totaled five appearances for the Railwaymen in all competitions, including two in the League Two.
This website understands that Adebisi has been offered a two-year deal, with the option for an additional two years, but he has not signed the contract yet as he's still getting everything sorted.
Born to a Nigerian father from Lagos State and an English mom, he is open to representing the Nigerian national teams.
Skillful, athletic forward Tyreece Onyeka, 18, has been offered a professional contract by Crewe Alexandra.
