According to reports in the Italian media, Victor Osimhen would be open to a move to Arsenal but only on one condition.
Tuttomercatoweb, making reference to the print edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that there is a concrete approach from the Gunners for the Nigeria center forward.
Arsenal have made contact with Osimhen through intermediaries but an agreement has not been reached by the parties because the Super Eagles star wants to join one of the English teams that finishes in the top four this season.
After beating Manchester United 3-1 on Saturday, Arsenal moved into fourth place in the Premier League, two points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur, who escaped with a draw in a London derby against Brentford.
The Emirates Stadium outfit are looking to sign at least one new striker after the departure of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Barcelona in the January transfer window, and uncertainty over the futures of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah who are both out of contract in the summer.
Osimhen has impressed with his performances for Napoli this season, scoring sixteen goals in twenty seven appearances and won four penalties for his side while providing an assist.
