Eze and Solanke named in BBC's PL TOTW alongside Man Utd, Man City, Aston Villa stars
Published: April 17, 2023Garth Crooks has selected his Premier League Team of the Week, with Crystal Palace attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze and Bournemouth forward Dominic Solanke making the cut.
Eze scored a brace in Crystal Palace's 2-0 victory over bottom-placed Southampton at the St Mary's Stadium on Saturday, thereby taking his Premier goal tally to 7 and goal contributions to 10 for the season.
Solanke, on the other hand, recorded two goals and one assist in Bournemouth's 3-2 victory over Tottenham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
He scored the Cherries' second goal and assisted Matías Viña and Dango Ouattara for the first and third goal respectively.
The former Liverpool forward has 5 goals and 6 assists in the Premier League for Bournemouth this season.
Manchester United (3) have contributed the most players to the Team of the Week followed by Aston Villa and Manchester City with two each, while Brighton & Hove, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have one representative each,
