Nigeria Federation Strikes Deal With Villarreal

The Nigeria Football Federation and Spanish club Villarreal have reached an agreement for striker Ikechukwu Uche to feature for The Yellow Submarine against Barcelona B on Saturday, January 5.
Uche has been named in Nigeria's provisional African Cup of Nations squad and Fifa regulations stipulate that he must link up with the National Team at a training camp in Faro, Portugal latest next Saturday.
The Villarreal attacker, who is the most experienced striker in the Eagles provisional squad, will join the Eagles camp on December 31st . Immediately after the friendly against Catalonia on January 2, he will return to Villarreal and remain at the club until after the game against Barcelona B.
28 - year - old Uche has scored nine goals in his last ten matches for the National Team.
