Eddy Onazi Vows Not To Disappoint Fans

Lazio youngster Eddy Onazi has been named in the starting line - up for the World Cup qualifying fixture against Kenya.
The central midfielder says the Super Eagles performance will put smiles on the faces of supporters,who will be rooting for the home team to extend their 45 - year unbeaten run against the East Africans.
Speaking to Brila FM, Onazi said: ''When we were coming from South Africa with the cup, saw a lot of fans, people on the road waiting for us to arrive since morning.
''When I was inside the bus, I was shedding tears. How would it look like if we lose? How would their emotions be? It was really something touching. I put that at the back of my mind.
''I learnt a very big lesson that anytime I am coming to play for Nigeria, I have this whole people looking at me and I won't want to disappoint them.''
20 - year - old Eddy Onazi has 8 international caps for the Nigeria selection. He made his debut against Liberia last year.
