Portimonense Agree Deal In Principle To Sign Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo
Published: May 29, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Portuguese LigaPro side Portimonense S.C. have reached an agreement-in-principle to sign Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo.
The lanky attacker had claimed to be on the shopping list of teams based in Portugal, Croatia, France and Belgium, but Portimonense have emerged as the front runners for his signature.
Barring any last-minute hitch, Simeon Nwankwo will join Portimonense S.C on a two-year contract when the transfer window in Portugal opens for business on July 1, 2016.
The 24-year-old represented Portimonense for three seasons before his move to Gil Vicente in the summer of 2013.
He was the top scorer in the Portuguese second-tier last season with 20 goals from 43 matches.
