Former Golden Eaglets Trainee Ejaria Back In Full Training With Liverpool
Published: April 20, 2017
Liverpool have been boosted by Ovie Ejaria's return to full training three months after he sustained a serious ankle injury in the fourth round of the FA Cup against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The former Arsenal youth-teamer trained without any difficulty alongside other first team players on Wednesday, April 19.
Prior to his spell on the sidelines, Ejaria was making remarkable progress in his bid to establish himself in the Reds first team, having made the match day squads for competitive fixtures 16 times this season.
The England U20 international had played eight games for Liverpool, including two in the Premier League.
With Young Lions boss Paul Simpson expected to name his 21-player World Cup roster before the next three weeks, it remains to be seen if he will include the ex-Golden Eaglets trainee.
