Arsenal Give Their Blessings To The Transfer Of Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid Target Omidiji

Premier League club Arsenal have given their blessings to the transfer of American-born Nigerian striker Lateef Omidiji Jr to Eredivisie powerhouse Feyenoord, allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed.
The 13-year-old courted interest from other top teams in the Netherlands, including Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax Amsterdam and PSV, before he agreed terms with Feyenoord.
The Gunners have already negotiated with Omidiji's representatives, have a black and white agreement in place, and expect the deal to go through after he reaches the age of majority.
Arsenal will continue to monitor his progress in the Netherlands and the youngster will train with their youth teams this summer.
Omidiji Jr can play as a target man, attacking midfielder and winger, and his versatility is one of the reasons all the top clubs in Europe are queuing up for his signature.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Anderlecht among others had been in touch with the player's agent and have vowed not to relent in their push for a future transfer.
The likes of Robin van Persie, Solomon Kalou, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Georginio Wijnaldum and Jeffrey Bruma were developed by Feyenoord before they moved on to pastures new, and Omidiji is expected to join that list.
