Bayern Munich Technical Director Watches Man City Striker Iheanacho Against Arsenal
Published: April 24, 2017
Bayern Munich super scout Michael Reschke was among the spectators at Wembley this weekend when Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur tackled Manchester City and Chelsea in the semifinal of the Emirates FA Cup.
It is being speculated that the Technical Director of the German champions was at the National Stadium on a scouting mission, with Kyle Walker and Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez the players of interest.
Kelechi Iheanacho made history when he became the fourth substitute to be used in an FA Cup tie when he was introduced before the start of second-half extra time in the game between Manchester City and Arsenal.
The Nigeria international has been linked with an exit from City in the summer transfer window, with Bundesliga sides Hoffenheim and Bayer Leverkusen credited with an interest.
Iheanacho has contractual obligations with Man City until the summer of 2021 but may leave before its expiration following his sparse playing opportunities.
