Official : Reading Offer Professional Contract To Promising Nigerian Midfielder

Through a statement on their official webpage, English Championship side Reading have informed they have offered a professional contract to promising Nigerian midfielder Ade Shokunbi.
Ade Shokunbi is regarded as one of the brightest talents at Reading Academy, and appeared 25 times for the U18 team of the Royals in the just concluded season.
The 18-year-old is a versatile midfielder and could also be considered an emergency option in defense.
He was not in action on Friday night as Reading U18s lost 3-0 to Ike Ugbo's Chelsea in the U18 Premier League.
Akinwale Odimayo is the captain of Reading U18 squad, while Tiago Ilori plays for the first team.
