Promising Nigerian Defender Named In Manchester United Squad To Face Tottenham HotspurPromising Nigerian right back Matthew Olosunde, hailed as the next Dani Alves, has been handed another opportunity to make his first-team bow for Manchester United by manager Jose Mourinho.

The versatile youngster has been included in a provisional 21-man squad for the trip to N17 0AP, where the Red Devils will square off against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

Last week, the same scenario happened as Olosunde was in London with the first team for the tie against Arsenal, but eventually failed to make the match day squad.

Mourinho rates the United States youth international highly as he invited him to train with the first team before their Europa League meeting against Celta Vigo on Thursday.

The 19-year-old Olosunde played for Manchester United reserves in their 2-2 draw with Arsenal in a Premier League 2 encounter on Monday.

Whether or not he makes his debut against Spurs, everything is pointing to the fact that the teenager will train with the first team during the pre-season.
