Recuperating Nigeria international John Obi Mikel is expected to return to Tianjin Teda as from next week.
The former Chelsea star is still undergoing rehabilitation after undergoing surgery in England towards the end of last month.
Tianjin Teda manager Jaime Pacheco is desperately looking forward to the return to full fitness of Mikel, as his side have managed only one win from a possible six since his spell on the sidelines.
In the same vein, Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr is monitoring from afar the situation of his skipper and he will be delighted with the latest update from China.
