Representatives of four current Premier League clubs traveled to Belgium to watch the in-demand Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru this week.
ESPN says Everton, West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough all scouted the Eupen wonderkid in the Belgian First Division A playoff match against Mouscron-Péruwelz on Wednesday night.
The scouts were not disappointed as Onyekuru netted his 22nd goal of the season against Mouscron-Péruwelz after his goal was ruled out for offside ten minutes into the second half.
The 19-year-old is also attracting interest from Belgian clubs R.S.C. Anderlecht and Club Brugge.
He is the joint-top scorer in the Belgian top flight with 20 goals to his name.
