Official: One Of The Best Young Stars At Manchester United Extends Contract

Through their official website, Manchester United have confirmed that the highly-rated Portuguese goalkeeper Joel Pereira has signed a new deal with the club.
The new contract with the Red Devils will keep the goalkeeper at M16 0RA until the end of the 2020-2021 season, and there is also the option to extend the deal by a further year.
Jose Mourinho told Manchester United's official website : ''Joel progressed really well during the course of the last season through hard work and commitment every day in training.
''I know I have said this before but I really do believe, if he continues his development and continues to work hard, he really can become the best Portuguese goalkeeper of the next generation. Well done Joel.''
Joel Pereira joined Manchester United in July 2012 following a successful trial with the academy.
