Nottingham Forest’s Ola Aina is gaining well-deserved recognition after being named among the top contenders for the Premier League Fans’ Team of the Season (TOTS) right-back spot. 

The 28-year-old Nigerian international has impressed throughout the 2024/25 campaign, standing out in a highly competitive position.

Aina featured in 34 Premier League matches this season, contributing two important goals while showcasing his trademark energy, defensive solidity, and attacking support down the right flank. 

His consistent performances have been instrumental for Forest, helping the club maintain its Premier League status amid a tough campaign.

After earlier spells in England with Fulham and a stint in Italy at Torino, Aina’s return to English football has marked a significant upturn in his career. 

His form this season has caught the eye not only of Forest fans but also of the wider Premier League audience, earning him a place alongside some of the best right-backs in the league.
