Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has announced the starting lineup for Saturday evening's international friendly between England and Nigeria at the National Stadium in London, starting from 1715 hours.
The German hardly changes his training formation and has decided to repeat the same lineup that was used in the Super Eagles penultimate training before today's friendly and that means Francis Uzoho keeps his place in goal, while Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Daniel Akpeyi are on the bench.
William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun, who have formed a good partnership since the appointment of Rohr, with the Super Eagles posting four clean-sheets in nine matches, are the two central defenders, and the fullbacks are Abdullahi Shehu and Brian Idowu.
Joel Obi and Eddy Onazi are the two holding midfielders while captain John Obi Mikel, Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi are also in the middle of the park.
Former Watford striker Odion Ighalo is preferred ahead of Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo in attack.
