2015 Nigeria youth team invitee named Huddersfield Town's October Player of the Month
Published: November 03, 20222015 Nigeria U15 national team invitee David Kasumu has won Huddersfield Town's Player of the Month for October 2022, informs the official website of the Terriers.
Blue & White Members have voted the talented midfielder the club's most outstanding player for October.
To win the monthly accolade, Kasumu saw off competition from Sorba Thomas, Michał Helik and Lee Nicholls.
He will be presented with his award during Huddersfield Town's next home game in the Championship, against Swansea City at the John Smith's Stadium in West Yorkshire on Saturday, November 12.
Kasumu started six of the seven matches played by Huddersfield Town in the second tier last month, helping them register two clean sheets.
The Peckham native arrived at Huddersfield Town from MK Dons for an undisclosed fee in July, putting pen to paper on a three-year contract until the summer of 2025 with option of an extension into the 2025-2026 season.
Including the playoffs, he has 80 appearances to his name in the Football League, scoring one goal while providing four assists.
