2019 Golden Eaglets invitee a transfer target for Hull City
Published: November 13, 20222019 Golden Eaglets invitee Malcolm Ebiowei has emerged as a loan transfer target for Championship outfit Hull City in the January window.
According to The Sun, Hull City manager Liam Rosenior would like to sign his former pupil Ebiowei on loan for the second half of the 2022-2023 campaign.
Prior to his move to Crystal Palace, the winger was at Derby County, where he blossomed into a key player for the Rams in the second half of last season under the tutelage of Wayne Rooney and his assistant Rosenior.
The Eagles are ready to sanction Ebiowei's departure from Selhurst Park on a temporary basis in order to play regular first team football which manager Patrick Vieira cannot offer him.
The England U20 international has logged 57 minutes from a possible 1,440 in all competitions since the start of the season.
Hull City sit two places and one point above the drop zone after twenty one matches in the Championship and are plotting a move for Ebiowei as they bid to climb up the table in the second half of the season.
Former Chelsea and Arsenal schoolboy Ebiowei held transfer talks with Manchester United before sealing a move to Crystal Palace in the summer.
