PAOK and Cremonese join Bologna and Parma in race to sign older brother of Super Eagles midfielder

Greek Super League giants PAOK and Italian Serie A new boys Cremonese are the latest clubs linked with a summer move for Watford midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru.

According to Sky Sports UK, Tom, the older brother of Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, is a subject of European interest.

Apart from Parma and Bologna, Cremonese and PAOK have also expressed interest in signing the Manchester City academy graduate this summer.

Watford value Dele-Bashiru at eight million pounds (approximately N16 billion in Nigerian currency) and are open to selling the 2019 Fifa U20 World Cup star, provided an interested club meets their asking price.

As exclusively reported by allnigeriasoccer.com thirteen days ago, the 25-year-old will not be joining an English club if he ends his six-year association with Watford in the summer transfer window.

Signed from Manchester City in 2019, Dele-Bashiru has entered the last one year of his contract with Watford, who have the option to extend by a further year.

He has appeared in 79 games since his move to Vicarage Road, scoring eight goals while producing four assists.

Despite speculation over his future, Dele-Bashiru has participated in the three games played by the Hornets in pre-season, against Boreham Wood, AFC Wimbledon and Leyton Orient.
