Super Eagles Coach : More Foreign-Born Nigerians Will Represent The Country

Super Eagles assistant coach, Imama Amapakabo is optimistic that with the recent impressive display in the national team more foreign born Nigerians will jostle to represent the country.
The Nigeria Professional Football League-winning coach pointed out that this will help improve the healthy challenges in the team.
Amapakabo advised the current crop of players in the national team to keep up their form in other to help the team achieve their goal.
“With the recent impressive display of the Super Eagles more foreign born Nigerians will definitely wish to be part of the progress.
“Their invitations will help boost a healthy challenge in the team which will be good for the team.
“Other players who are currently in the team should keep up their good form in helping the nation achieve its goal of qualifying for the World Cup, ” Amapakabo told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Leon Balogun, Troost-Ekong, Carl Ikeme and Alex Iwobi represent the Super Eagles despite being eligible to play for other nations before their competitive debut.
